    Samson is a health systems strategist, licensed pharmacist and executive leader with over a decade of experience spanning health financing, strategic purchasing, market access, digital health and health-system transformation. He has led and advised complex programmes across government, healthcare, development and the private sector, combining technical expertise, market intelligence and executive judgement to translate policy and evidence into practical solutions. His experience in health financing reform, pharmaceutical and medical-product access, innovative financing and stakeholder engagement enables him to navigate complex health markets, build strategic partnerships and move ideas from strategy to sustainable implementation.

    Evalyne is a strategy, governance and institutional performance specialist with over 18 years of experience supporting complex public-sector reforms and large-scale programmes. Her expertise spans corporate strategy, results-based management, governance and risk, programme delivery and resource mobilization. She has advised executive leadership and Boards, contributed to national health financing and social protection reforms, and worked with government and development partners including the World Bank, GIZ, JICA and Rockefeller Foundation to translate policy priorities into measurable institutional results.

Her expertise combines partnership strategy, resource mobilization, product development and nationwide distribution, with a strong track record of converting multi-stakeholder relationships into scalable programmes and sustainable growth.

He has supported national health financing initiatives, developed cost-effectiveness and budget-impact models, and applied advanced analytics to financial sustainability, risk and organizational performance—bringing rigorous quantitative evidence to complex policy and investment decisions.

Her expertise spans regional programme management, universal health coverage, governance, capacity development and multi-stakeholder collaboration. She has coordinated cross-country learning within the Joint Learning Network for Universal Health Coverage, supported national UHC initiatives, served at university council level, and led curriculum, organizational development and partnership initiatives across government, academia and development organizations—bringing a distinctive ability to turn knowledge, policy and collaboration into stronger institutions and sustainable systems.
